By accessing and using AdFire ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
AdFire provides AI-powered advertising campaign management and optimization tools for Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. The Service includes campaign analytics, AI recommendations, and automated insights.
AdFire offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. Billing occurs on the same day each period. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe to paid plans. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. We use Stripe for payment processing.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to the anonymized sharing of your advertising data with third-party Large Language Model (LLM) services (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) for the purpose of generating AI-powered recommendations. We collect and use your data to provide and improve the Service. You retain all rights to your campaign data and advertising content.
Important: Please review our Privacy Policy carefully, especially Section 4.1 regarding AI and LLM data sharing, before using the Service.
AdFire integrates with third-party advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AdFire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only. We make no guarantees about campaign performance or results. You are responsible for all advertising decisions and expenditures.
In no event shall AdFire be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or advertising costs.
You agree to indemnify and hold AdFire harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
